HEMET – The Citrus Belt USBC Association just concluded it’s annual Women’s Tournament at Hemet Lanes. The Association’s best lady bowlers were there competing for dollars and prestige. Our best competed on a 41 foot “heavy” oil pattern that gave most of our ladies fits.

One of the few ladies who scored high in the tournament, Laura Lee Daniel, has won many tournament titles and bowled professionally. Her scores were high enough to place her in contention for more titles.

Prior to the Saturday team event WENDY HAMMON, representingAssociation President MIKE RADDEMAN, presented high scoring Laura Lee Daniel with the Citrus Belt High Average Award for the 2016-17 season.

The Award was presented before a crowd of nearly one hundred women.

Laura Lee averaged 218 for her award winning season. More impressive, it was a record 9th time that she has lead the Association in average.
